DELIVERY
AH Beard will contact you directly to arrange white glove delivery of your bed. Quoted delivery fee is for metro areas only (excl. Darwin). Should your point of delivery be outside of the defined metro area, an additional charge will be quoted via AH Beard. Export and shipping orders will be delivered to nominated shipping agent. Export arrangements are the responsibility of the guest. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note we do not ship internationally via this e-store.
RETURNS
Art Series Hotel Group does not accept returns to be exchanged, for change of mind. Items can only be returned and exchanged, if the the items are broken or faulty. Art Series Hotel Group must be contacted at shop@artserieshotels.com.au within 14 days of receiving the item, in the case you would like to return or exchange the broken or faulty item.
