Tuna Tuna - Print

Regular price $1,653

Michael Johnson has spent much of his life studying aquatic environments, particularly for the purpose of fishing. In addition, he spends a lot of time looking at nature photography in publications such as National Geographic Magazine. This painting relates to the tuna, and the strikingly individual colourations that happen upon the surface of the fish’s skin. In this way, these paintings might be seen as momentary evocations of the natural world.
